HOW-TO INSTRUCTIONS
1. P.E.P. nails and apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds on button 1.
2. Apply two layers of Sleeping Mask, curing each layer for one minute on button 2S.
3. Use a detail brush and Gold Hardware to create a wave pattern. Cure for one minute on button 2B.
4. Apply a layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat. Cure for one minute on button 3.
