HOW-TO INSTRUCTIONS

1. P.E.P. nails and apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds on button 1.

2. Apply two layers of Of The Moment, curing each layer for one minute on button 2S.

3. Shape the ruffle transfer and apply to the nail in the desired pattern.

4. Apply CND™ SHELLAC™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat to the areas around the ruffle sealing the edges. Cure for one minute on button 3.

 

CREATE THE RUFFLE TRANSFER

1. Apply Of The Moment in a ruffle pattern to acetate and outline in Gold Hardware. Cure for one minute on button 2S.

2. Apply a layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat over the Silk Thread, cure for one minute on button 3.

3. Remove using tweezers.
