INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare natural nails for CND™ Liquid and Powder application. For detailed information, refer to CND™ P.R.E.P step-by-step.
2. Mix chunky red glitter with clear CND™ Perfect Color Powder.
3. Create a reverse French nail enhancement using CND™ Liquid and Powder warm pink and the red glitter mix. Add the holographic hearts. Overlay the tip using clear CND™ Perfect Color Powder.
4. Finish the nail using the CND™ finishing technique.
5. Clean the nail using 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.
6. Apply CND™ SHELLAC™ Top Coat of choice. Cure in the CND™ LED LAMP using the pre-set button 3 for 1 minute.
7. Clean the nail using 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.

**Select CND™ SHELLAC™ Xpress5™/Original/Duraforce™ Top Coat according to the protection level needed by the client.
