HOW-TO INSTRUCTIONS

1. P.E.P. the natural nail. (For details see our CND™ P.E.P. Technique Step-by-Step.)

2. Apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 1.

3. Apply two layers of CND™ SHELLAC™ Char-Truth. Cure each layer for one minute on preset button 2S.

4. Apply a layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Matte Top Coat. Cure for one minute using preset button 3.

5. Clean the nail using 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.

6. Dispense a small amount of CND™ SHELLAC™ Daydreaming onto a palette.

7. Use a detail brush and CND™ SHELLAC™ Daydreaming to create flowers. Do not cure.

8. Use a spatula and sprinkle CND™ Perfect Color Powder Clear over the flowers. Allow to absorb into the uncured color and repeat until there is no longer any shine. Cure for one minute on preset button 2s.

9. Remove any remaining powder using a soft brush and a light touch.
